Mr. Nirmal Chadha (Chairman & Founder)

Mr. Nirmal Chadha, the Chairman and Founder of Visionary Medicare is a versatile, cross-functional and acquires a robust experience of more than two decades in the field of Pharmaceuticals, FMCG and Medical Device Industry. He Started his professional career with Lupin Laboratories Ltd. in1991 and worked for more than a decade before moving to FMCG industry with Numico a Dutch MNC. In 2003 Mr. Nirmal started his medical device career with Edward life sciences where he worked for 4 Years and then he moved to St. Jude Medical where he was responsible for Cardiac Surgery Business for Northern part of India.

Throughout his professional career he has been part of successful launch of many new products and technologies in India. Nirmal, in 2010 founded Visionary Group with the vision to bridge the gaps between advanced medical technologies and health care provider. Since then he has successfully partnered with more than 10 MNC to introduce path breaking medical technologies in India.

Today Visionary Group has got subsidiaries across the countries having its head office in Ahmedabad with more than 60 employees working relentlessly to assist healthcare professionals in delivering therapies which can enhance patients quality of life.

Nirmal as a leader always believed, human resource is very important aspect of the company and built a strong professional team with long term vision to become best Medical device partner in India.

Mr. Sachin Desai (Director)

He has graduated from D.G Ruparel college Mumbai in science and completed his masters in marketing management from J.B.I.M.S. University. Sachin has got rich experience of Pharma and Medical device industry, he started his career with Lupin Pharma in 2000 and in 2004 moved into medical device industry and worked with top medical device companies like Edwardlifesciences, St.Jude Medical in different positions and geographies for more than 8Yrs.

Sachin joined Visionary Medicare in 2012 and started his entrepreneurial career ,since then he is instrumental in launching, establishing and developing business in Western India for Visionary Medicare.

Mr. Rajkumar Shastrula (Director)

S. Raj Kumar Director at visionary medicare solutions Pvt Ltd, He started his career with Pharma company in 2002 and joined St.Jude medical in 2006 as Territory sales manager and served the organization for more than 12 yrs. in different positions, technologies, therapies, profiles and geographies during this tenure he had an opportunity to work with teams/ colleagues/ distributor/ customers of varied backgrounds and geographies in APAC and Europe region.

A seasoned Business development, sales & marketing professional acknowledged for conceptualizing and implementing strategic business initiatives which enable Organization to be most sort after in the given segment, he was instrumental in driving consistent revenue growth over market.

Mr. S. Raj Kumar is inclined towards collobrating with organizations who are into innovative technologies and therapies focused towards improving quality of life of those who are suffering from chronic ailments.

Ms. Bhavna Phadnis

Bhavna Phadnis has been with Visionary Medicare since last 10 years and is a result driven professional with more than 25 years of experience in the areas of Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Channel Management in cardiovascular device industry and pharmaceuticals.

She has an experience of over 10 years with pharmaceutical industry and over 20 years in Cardiovascular industry in different capacities with companies like MEDTRONIC ,ST JUDE MEDICAL,COVIDIEN & LOTUS Surgicals.

Her expertise is in conceptualizing and implementing marketing strategies for building new markets and achieving business targets. A vast experience in building and managing a motivated sales and marketing team. Very strong experience in customer relationship management with high profile KOLs (Interventional Cardiologists. Cardiac Surgeons, Electro physiologist) across the geographies in India .Driving the educational and clinical program for the company employees as well as the health professionals for establishing newer therapies in our region.
